Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed tento styl komunikace, maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou strach z toho, aby druh\u00e9 nezranili. Tento strach \u010dasto vych\u00e1z\u00ed z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, kdy oni sami se c\u00edt\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemnou zp\u011btnou vazbu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec je zde <strong>\u00fato\u010dn\u00e1 agrese<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 sice obsahuje p\u0159\u00edmou konfrontaci, ale bez osobn\u00edho z\u00e1jmu. Jak \u010dasto s v\u00e1mi va\u0161i lid\u00e9 nesouhlas\u00ed? Je pro n\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 s v\u00e1mi nesouhlasit? V\u00edt\u00e1te jejich nesouhlas nebo ho berete jako ohro\u017een\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve spole\u010dnostech jako je Google nebo Apple je nesouhlas nejen v\u00edt\u00e1n, ale i po\u017eadov\u00e1n. Kim Scott v knize popisuje mnoho p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy majitel\u00e9 obou spole\u010dnost\u00ed podporovali jejich lidi, aby tvrd\u011b kritizovali jejich my\u0161lenky. Je to v\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159esn\u00e9 a diskuzi t\u00edm ud\u011bl\u00e1te velmi osobn\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e si zkomplikujete nalezen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Zam\u011b\u0159te se rad\u0161i na jeho konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci a pou\u017eijte vzorec situace-chov\u00e1n\u00ed-dopad. Krom\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch my\u0161lenek p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i n\u00e1stroje pro veden\u00ed porad, povy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed, propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, veden\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00edch rozhovor\u016f, budov\u00e1n\u00ed radik\u00e1ln\u011b otev\u0159en\u00fdch vztah\u016f zalo\u017een\u00fdch na d\u016fv\u011b\u0159e. Je to ten typ knihy, ke kter\u00e9 budete pot\u0159ebovat zv\u00fdraz\u0148ova\u010d. Obsahuje tolik my\u0161lenek, \u017ee se k nim m\u016f\u017eete vracet st\u00e1le dokola.
