M\u00e1lo co m\u011b v \u017eivot\u011b tak fascinovalo, jako to, co jsem tam vid\u011bl. P\u0159edstavte si skupinu 15 lid\u00ed a facilit\u00e1tora. Ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed s n\u011bjak\u00fdm sv\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, do kter\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017eete hloub\u011bji nahl\u00e9dnout. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o vztahovou z\u00e1le\u017eitost, finance, zdrav\u00ed, prost\u011b cokoliv, co v\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed. Jak to prob\u00edh\u00e1? Kdy\u017e na v\u00e1s p\u0159ijde \u0159ada, facilit\u00e1tor se v\u00e1s dopt\u00e1 na v\u00e1\u0161 probl\u00e9m a po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00e1s, abyste ze skupiny p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch lid\u00ed vybrali z\u00e1stupce za lidi z va\u0161eho \u017eivota, kte\u0159\u00ed s t\u00edmto probl\u00e9mem maj\u00ed n\u011bco spole\u010dn\u00e9ho a potom jednoho z\u00e1stupce za sebe. Ti\u0161e sed\u00edte a nev\u011b\u0159\u00edcn\u011b pozorujete skupinu lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed s v\u00e1mi nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho, si vym\u011b\u0148ovat interakce, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed to, jak vy se na dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m podv\u011bdom\u011b d\u00edv\u00e1te. To je \u010dasto velmi rozd\u00edln\u00e9 od toho, co si o probl\u00e9mu v\u011bdom\u011b mysl\u00edte, a pr\u00e1v\u011b vid\u011bt v\u00e1\u0161 skute\u010dn\u00fd podv\u011bdom\u00fd odbraz probl\u00e9mu, v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee nal\u00e9zt \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed (v\u011bdom\u011b \u010di podv\u011bdom\u011b).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato technika se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 i na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed podnikov\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b o tom je tato kniha. Popisuje nepsan\u00e9 systemick\u00e9 z\u00e1kony, kter\u00e9 plat\u00ed v ka\u017ed\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu a\u0165 u\u017e je to rodina, firma nebo jak\u00fdkoliv jin\u00fd syst\u00e9m a ka\u017ed\u00fd tento z\u00e1kon vysv\u011btluje na praktick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edkladech z firemn\u00edch konstelac\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto shrnut\u00ed v\u00e1m p\u0159inesu p\u0159ehled t\u011bchto systemick\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f a jejich kr\u00e1tk\u00fd popis, abyste je mohli pou\u017e\u00edvat ve va\u0161\u00ed firm\u011b nebo t\u00fdmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Z\u00e1kon o p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo je \u010dlenem syst\u00e9mu, m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud se jak\u00e9mukoliv zam\u011bstnanci stane ze strany spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f nebo nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edko\u0159\u00ed \u2013 opom\u00edjen\u00ed, vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, zatajov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje k pr\u00e1ci \u2013 je nutno takov\u00e9ho \u010dlena vz\u00edt zp\u00e1tky pod ochranu cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, tj. d\u00e1t mu zp\u011bt jeho m\u00edsto a v\u0161e co pot\u0159ebuje k v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce. Pokud se to nestane, projev\u00ed se to negativn\u011b na chodu cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u011b pokud n\u011bkdo ze syst\u00e9mu odejde (dobrovoln\u011b nebo nedobrovoln\u011b) a nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b uzn\u00e1n jeho p\u0159\u00ednos, kter\u00fd m\u011bl(a) pro firmu, tak syst\u00e9m najde n\u011bkoho dal\u0161\u00edho, kdo tuto osobu bude \u201en\u00e1sledovat\u201d. V praxi to m\u016f\u017ee znamenat vysokou fluktuaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f nebo vznik skupiny rebel\u016f.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Z\u00e1kon o p\u0159ednosti v podnikov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>P\u0159ednost v podnikov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu je v prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b ur\u010dov\u00e1na d\u00e9lkou trv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti k syst\u00e9mu, teprve v druh\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed funkce nebo kompetenc\u00ed nebo v\u00e1hou p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku k celku.&nbsp;<\/em><br><br>Citace z knihy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eP\u0159edstavme si, \u017ee do podniku p\u0159ijde nov\u00fd vedouc\u00ed. Pot\u00e9, co se sezn\u00e1m\u00ed s pracovn\u00edmi pochody a situac\u00ed, za\u010dne \u201eukl\u00edzet\u201d. Sv\u00e9ho p\u0159edch\u016fdce naz\u00fdv\u00e1 star\u00fdm pitomcem, pro produk\u010dn\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00fdraz pro nev\u011bstinec a d\u00e1v\u00e1 najevo, \u017ee je opravdu nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010das v\u0161e zm\u011bnit. Navrhne \u0159adu nov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed \u2013 ale nic z toho n\u011bjak nefunguje. P\u0159itom vypadaj\u00ed jeho postupy a pl\u00e1ny jako spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 a nutn\u00e9. Bohu\u017eel se nev\u011bdomky provinil proti druh\u00e9mu z\u00e1konu syst\u00e9m\u016f, proti pr\u00e1vu na p\u0159ednost. Jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Bert Hellinger (objevitel rodinn\u00fdch a systemick\u00fdch konstelac\u00ed): Nov\u00fd vedouc\u00ed je \u2013 proto\u017ee je nov\u00fd \u2013 na posledn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b v systemick\u00e9 hierarchii, chov\u00e1 se ale, jako kdyby byl prvn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee jsme nuceni v\u00e9st podnik jako nov\u00fd vedouc\u00ed, navrhuje Bert Hellinger p\u0159edstavit si, \u017ee tento podnik vedeme jakoby z pozice toho, kdo je na posledn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b. Ve sv\u00fdch kurzech pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m obraz horolezc\u016f, kde vedouc\u00ed je na dolej\u0161\u00edm konci lana a zaji\u0161\u0165uje t\u00edm v\u0161echny ty, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou na lan\u011b p\u0159ed n\u00edm. Takov\u00fd \u201edosazen\u00fd\u201d vedouc\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad ud\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e, bude-li se pt\u00e1t t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou v podniku d\u00e9le, na jejich n\u00e1zor na navr\u017een\u00e9 zm\u011bny, bude-li pokra\u010dovat v jist\u00fdch zaveden\u00fdch tradic\u00edch a hlavn\u011b uv\u011bdom\u00ed-li si, \u017ee za sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed odstoupen\u00ed sv\u00e9ho p\u0159edch\u016fdce. I kdy\u017e ten byl vyhozen, nebyl \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd, d\u011blal chyby \u2013 kdyby nebylo jeho odstoupen\u00ed, kdyby \u201eneud\u011blal m\u00edsto\u201d, nov\u00fd vedouc\u00ed by nemohl toto m\u00edsto obsadit.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Z\u00e1kon o vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9m d\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a bran\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Cokoliv jde ven, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nahrazeno n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co jde dovnit\u0159, a naopak. Toto plat\u00ed na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch syst\u00e9mu a mezi syst\u00e9mem a okol\u00edm.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citace z knihy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eCokoliv \u010d\u00edm p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1m ke zdaru celku, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vyv\u00e1\u017eeno n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co celek d\u00e1v\u00e1 mn\u011b. V\u00fdsledek takov\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed je obecn\u00e9 odsouzen\u00ed t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed \u201ejen berou\u201d, ani\u017e by se starali o vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed, ti, co \u201enezi\u0161tn\u011b d\u00e1vaj\u00ed\u201d, jsou \u010dasto v pozici and\u011bl\u016f, ob\u011btuj\u00edc\u00edch se pro blaho. P\u0159itom se na vzniku nerovnov\u00e1hy a t\u00edm i ohro\u017een\u00ed syst\u00e9mu pod\u00edlej\u00ed ob\u011b skupiny stejn\u00fdm d\u00edlem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V podnikov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed je to nap\u0159\u00edklad \u201etat\u00edk vedouc\u00ed\u201d, typ ob\u011btav\u00e9ho d\u0159\u00ed\u010de, kter\u00fd by pro sv\u00e9 pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 ud\u011blal v\u0161e a pro podnik se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prvkem, bez kter\u00e9ho by se podnikov\u00fd syst\u00e9m zhroutil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026<br><br>V osobn\u00edm kou\u010dinku a superviz\u00edch se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech k ot\u00e1zce, pro\u010d doty\u010dn\u00fd tak ob\u011btav\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1, a nic nebo velmi m\u00e1lo (za to) bere. Tento efekt je roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd v pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00edch profes\u00edch a neziskov\u00fdch organizac\u00edch, kde panuje p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed zde pracuj\u00ed, \u201eto d\u011blaj\u00ed z l\u00e1sky a touhy po pomoci\u201d a nemaj\u00ed tud\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1rok na ekvivalentn\u00ed materi\u00e1ln\u00ed odm\u011bnu. Jdeme-li do hloubky sv\u00e9 motivace, zji\u0161\u0165ujeme mnohdy neuv\u011bdom\u011bl\u00e9 pocity mor\u00e1ln\u00ed nad\u0159azenosti, p\u0159evahy a touhy b\u00fdt ten, kter\u00fd se star\u00e1 o druh\u00e9, tj. \u201eten v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\u201d. Nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 se za to styd\u011bt a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed takov\u00e9ho zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom st\u00e1t se skute\u010dn\u011b svat\u00fdm a bezchybn\u00fdm. Syst\u00e9m prosperuje, kdy\u017e je jeho zisk v souladu s okol\u00edm, kdy\u017e tedy jeho zisk vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 ze sou\u010dasn\u00e9 podpory prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se pohybuje.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Z\u00e1v\u011brem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kniha se mn\u011b velmi l\u00edbila jej\u00ed stru\u010dnost\u00ed a prakti\u010dnost\u00ed. V\u0161echny v\u00fd\u0161e popsan\u00e9 systemick\u00e9 z\u00e1kony jsou demonstrov\u00e1ny na uk\u00e1zk\u00e1ch z firemn\u00edch konstelac\u00ed.
