Jak toho dos\u00e1hnout? M\u00edsto d\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rad u\u010dte sv\u00e9 lidi l\u00e9pe p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. Shrnut\u00ed t\u00e9to knihy jsem op\u011bt rozd\u011blil na teoretickou \u010d\u00e1st, kde se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na nezbytnou teorii a potom praktickou \u010d\u00e1st, kde z\u00edsk\u00e1te konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed postupy \u201cjak na to\u201d, kter\u00e9 budete moci ihned aplikovat v praxi.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Jak funguje mozek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejprve se poj\u010fme pod\u00edvat na to, jak funguje mozek. Pom\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m to l\u00e9pe aplikovat nov\u00e9 postupy v praxi. Mozek je slo\u017een z neuron\u016f (nervov\u00fdch bun\u011bk), kter\u00e9 jsou schopn\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout, v\u00e9st a zpracovat sign\u00e1ly (informace). Propojen\u00edm v\u00edce neuron\u016f vznik\u00e1 <strong>ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapa<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 mozek si toti\u017e v\u0161e ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 do ment\u00e1ln\u00edch map. M\u00e1me ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapu pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 slovo a jeho r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamy, pro pravidla pravopisu, pro jazyk jako takov\u00fd, pro na\u0161e zvyky i zlozvyky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde podn\u011bt zven\u010d\u00ed, mozek si pro tento podn\u011bt vytvo\u0159\u00ed v pracovn\u00ed pam\u011bti ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapu a hled\u00e1 podobn\u00e9 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy z minulosti, aby v\u011bd\u011bl, jak na tento podn\u011bt reagovat. Toto se d\u011bje na podv\u011bdom\u00e9 \u00farovni bez na\u0161eho v\u011bdom\u00e9ho p\u0159i\u010din\u011bn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co ud\u011bl\u00e1 mozek, kdy\u017e najde v\u00edce map, kter\u00e9 lze pou\u017e\u00edt jako reakci na ten stejn\u00fd podn\u011bt?&nbsp;<strong>Mozek vybere tu mapu, kter\u00e1 v minulosti byla pro tento podn\u011bt nejv\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1. N\u00e1\u0161 mozek vyb\u00edr\u00e1 tu stejnou mapu tak dlouho, dokud v\u011bdom\u011b nevytvo\u0159\u00edme novou ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapu, kter\u00e1 bude siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e ta star\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Analyzov\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce probl\u00e9m\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 my\u0161lenka a koncept m\u00e1 v na\u0161em mozku odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapu. Anal\u00fdzou probl\u00e9m\u016f tuto mapu jen v\u00edce upev\u0148ujeme a t\u00edm v\u00edce si mozek tuto mapu vyb\u00edr\u00e1. Jin\u00fdmi slovy: \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce analyzujeme na\u0161e probl\u00e9my, t\u00edm v\u00edce probl\u00e9m\u016f m\u00e1me.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Na\u0161e emoce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdkon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze sv\u00e9 praxe bych je\u0161t\u011b dodal, \u017ee mozek vyb\u00edr\u00e1 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy i podle toho, jak se zrovna c\u00edt\u00edme. Kdy\u017e se c\u00edt\u00edte radostn\u00ed, tak mozek vybere mapu, kde jste se c\u00edtili radostn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00edte strach, mozek vybere mapu, kde jste c\u00edtili strach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto je taky odpov\u011b\u010f na to, jak funguje spir\u00e1la \u00fasp\u011bchu \u010di ne\u00fasp\u011bchu. Jedna v\u011bc se poda\u0159\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00edme se l\u00e9pe a mozek za\u010dne pro p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed podn\u011bty vyb\u00edrat ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy, kde se c\u00edt\u00edme dob\u0159e. Kde jsme se c\u00edtili dob\u0159e, tam se n\u00e1m v\u011bt\u0161inou da\u0159ilo, a proto za\u010dne spir\u00e1la \u00fasp\u011bchu a naopak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kniha Leadership s klidnou mysl\u00ed tak\u00e9 bere emoce v potaz. Autor p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d se n\u00e1m l\u00e9pe da\u0159\u00ed, kdy\u017e se l\u00e9pe c\u00edt\u00edme, je kapacita na\u0161ich neuron\u016f. Kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme strach, \u00fazkost nebo podobn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 emoce, tak na\u0161e neurony jsou t\u011bmito emocemi (elektrick\u00fdmi sign\u00e1ly v mozku) p\u0159ehlceny a t\u00edm se i sni\u017euje n\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdkon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak \u010di tak, jeden z kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f k tomu, aby se n\u00e1m da\u0159ilo, je b\u00fdt v pozitivn\u00edch emoc\u00edch.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Jak zm\u011bnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e u\u017e v\u00edme, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 mozek je automat, kter\u00fd vyb\u00edr\u00e1 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy (typy chov\u00e1n\u00ed) podle toho, jak jsou pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 a podle toho, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme, tak toho m\u016f\u017eeme vyu\u017e\u00edt. Ke zm\u011bn\u011b na\u0161eho chov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebujeme vytvo\u0159it nov\u00e9 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy, kter\u00e9 upevn\u00edme natolik, \u017ee se z nich stanou siln\u00e9 zvyky. Kl\u00ed\u010dem je se u vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00fdch ment\u00e1ln\u00edch map vyhnout t\u011bm star\u00fdm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co to znamen\u00e1 v praxi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nebi\u010dovat se, \u017ee se mi n\u011bco nepovedlo, t\u00edm upev\u0148uji to, co se mi nepovedlo a budu k tomuto chov\u00e1n\u00ed v budoucnu v\u00edce inklinovat.<\/li><li>Nesoudit ostatn\u00ed, proto\u017ee to, co soud\u00edm, jen v\u00edce upevn\u00edm a budu si to v budoucnu v\u00edce podv\u011bdom\u011b vyb\u00edrat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Co naopak d\u011blat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>P\u0159ij\u00edmat sebe, takov\u00e9ho, jak\u00fd te\u010f jsem. (Co\u017e neznamen\u00e1 nepracovat na zm\u011bn\u011b.)<\/li><li>P\u0159ij\u00edmat ostatn\u00ed, takov\u00e9, jac\u00ed te\u010f jsou. (To neznamen\u00e1 nenastavovat jim hranice.)<\/li><li>Chv\u00e1lit sebe i ostatn\u00ed za to, co se povedlo a pravideln\u011b si to p\u0159ipom\u00ednat. Upevn\u00edm t\u00edm ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapu nov\u00e9ho zvyku.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Anal\u00fdzou probl\u00e9m\u016f va\u0161ich lid\u00ed si jako vedouc\u00ed zp\u016fsobujete probl\u00e9my<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Co d\u011bl\u00e1te, kdy\u017e za v\u00e1mi p\u0159ijde \u010dlen va\u0161eho t\u00fdmu a pot\u0159ebuje pomoci?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina vedouc\u00edch za\u010dne analyzovat jeho probl\u00e9m, najde \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a d\u00e1 mu radu. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup m\u00e1 v\u0161ak z pohledu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed mozku a z pohledu efektivn\u00edho veden\u00ed t\u00fdmu n\u011bkolik z\u00e1sadn\u00edch trhlin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Vedouc\u00ed p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed za \u010dlena sv\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu. Poka\u017ed\u00e9 kdy\u017e p\u0159istoup\u00edme k ment\u00e1ln\u00ed map\u011b (t\u0159eba jen pro jej\u00ed anal\u00fdzu), tak zvy\u0161ujeme pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee tuto mapu si mozek znovu vybere.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Odpov\u011bdnost za nalezen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed byla p\u0159enesena ze \u010dlena t\u00fdmu na vedouc\u00edho.<\/li><li>I kdyby vedouc\u00ed m\u011bl perfektn\u00ed radu, jeho ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy nejsou stejn\u00e9 jako ment\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy \u010dlena jeho t\u00fdmu. Souhlas\u00edm s v\u00e1mi. Kdy\u017e analyzujeme a sna\u017e\u00edme se zlep\u0161it technologick\u00fd proces, tak anal\u00fdza a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na probl\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 v\u011bc, ale kdy\u017e se sna\u017e\u00edme pomoci n\u011bkomu zlep\u0161it jeho p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed (a t\u00edm jeho v\u00fdkon), tak to moc u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 nen\u00ed, proto\u017ee t\u00edm jeho probl\u00e9m jen prohlubujeme.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Co tedy d\u011blat jinak?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u011b si za\u010dnete v\u0161\u00edmat toho, jak\u00fd dopad maj\u00ed va\u0161e rady. \u0158\u00edd\u00ed se jimi n\u011bkdo? Jak moc va\u0161imi radami d\u011bl\u00e1te v\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm samostatn\u00fdm? Kolik energie v\u00e1s stoj\u00ed vym\u00fd\u0161let \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed za ostatn\u00ed? Kdy je vhodn\u00e9 poradit a kdy ne? M\u00edsto d\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rad, za\u010dnete pom\u00e1hat va\u0161emu t\u00fdmu l\u00e9pe p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let.
