Pro leadery je EQ o to v\u00edce d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 velk\u00fd vliv na um\u011bn\u00ed mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f. Poj\u010fme se tedy pod\u00edvat na to, co zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho tato kniha od v\u011bhlasn\u00e9ho americk\u00e9ho psychologa a autora knih Daniela Golemana p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. V prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti shrnut\u00ed t\u00e9to knihy pop\u00ed\u0161u tu nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed teorii a v druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159edstav\u00edm praktick\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed a n\u00e1vody \u201cco d\u011blat\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Co to vlastn\u011b je EQ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Znalost vlastn\u00edch emoc\u00ed<\/li><li>Zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed emoc\u00ed<\/li><li>Schopnost motivovat s\u00e1m sebe<\/li><li>Vn\u00edmavost k emoc\u00edm jin\u00fdch lid\u00ed<\/li><li>Um\u011bn\u00ed mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed tohoto seznamu v\u00e1s ur\u010dit\u011b nep\u0159ekvap\u00ed v\u00fdsledky studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee EQ je pro \u00fasp\u011bch a spokojenost v \u017eivot\u011b daleko d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e IQ. Je to dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va, proto\u017ee IQ se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nem\u011bn\u00ed, zat\u00edmco EQ se m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit velmi dramaticky. Jin\u00fdmi slovy IQ je dan\u00e9 a EQ je souhrn nau\u010diteln\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed.<br><br>V druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti tohoto shrnut\u00ed pop\u00ed\u0161u i praktick\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed a techniky, kter\u00e9 pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed EQ m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt. Motio znamen\u00e1 pohyb a p\u0159edpona e- znamen\u00e1 sm\u011brem ven. Emoce jsou tedy tedy to, co n\u00e1s nakonec motivuje jednat. V na\u0161em mozku se emoce \u201cnach\u00e1z\u00ed\u201d v limbick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd je centrem na\u0161ich z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f a s nimi spojen\u00fdch emoc\u00ed. S&nbsp;t\u00edmto syst\u00e9mem \u00fazce spolupracuje du\u00e1ln\u00ed struktura amygdala, kter\u00e1 sleduje v\u0161echny informace ze smyslov\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f a hled\u00e1 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed.<br><br>Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b amygdala, kter\u00e1 rozhodne o tom, zda se budete radovat nebo b\u00e1t, a to na z\u00e1klad\u011b na\u0161ich p\u0159edchoz\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed \u2013&nbsp;t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 jsme si vytvo\u0159ili sami nebo i t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m v genech p\u0159edali na\u0161i p\u0159edci.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e1\u0161 emo\u010dn\u00ed stav ovliv\u0148uje, jak efektivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te v\u00e1\u0161 intelekt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asi v\u00e1s nep\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00e9 emoce jako strach, hn\u011bv, \u00fazkost, smutek \u010di frustrace v\u00e1m&nbsp;znesnad\u0148uj\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed va\u0161eho intelektu. D\u016fvodem je, \u017ee p\u0159i poci\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto emoc\u00ed jsou v\u00edce zapojena star\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti mozku, kter\u00e1 se vyvinula za \u00fa\u010delem p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. Naopak kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme \u201cpovznesen\u00e9\u201d emoce jako radost \u010di z\u00e1jem, tak v\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti mozku \u2013 \u0161ed\u00e9 k\u016fry mozkov\u00e9, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m dovoluje tvo\u0159it, pl\u00e1novat a uva\u017eovat racion\u00e1ln\u011b. Jin\u00fdmi slovy v\u00fdvojov\u011b star\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti mozku n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt a nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti mozku n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed \u017e\u00edt, tvo\u0159it a u\u017e\u00edvat si.<br><br>Jedn\u00edm z takov\u00fdch produkt\u016f nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mozku je \u201cflow\u201d neboli plynut\u00ed. Je to stav, kter\u00e9mu sportovci \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed \u201cz\u00f3na\u201d. V tomto stavu jste naprosto pohlceni va\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed a p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1te vn\u00edmat sebe i \u010das. Do tohoto stavu se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me, kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1me \u010dinnost, kter\u00e1 je na hran\u011b nebo lehce za hranou na\u0161ich schopnost\u00ed. \u010casto je to i \u010dinnost, ve kter\u00fd vid\u00edme hlubok\u00fd smysl a mo\u017enost r\u016fstu. V druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti knihy pop\u00ed\u0161u, jak se do tohoto stavu dost\u00e1vat \u010dast\u011bji, jak se m\u00e9n\u011b dost\u00e1vat do n\u00edzk\u00fdch emoc\u00ed a jak v nich nez\u016fst\u00e1vat dlouho.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Vn\u00edmavost k vlastn\u00edm pocit\u016fm je kl\u00ed\u010dem ke kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel Goleman ve sv\u00e9 knize popisuje p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh pacienta, kter\u00e9mu spole\u010dn\u011b s n\u00e1dorem byly odstran\u011bny spojen\u00ed mezi \u0161edou k\u016frou mozkovou a emo\u010dn\u00edmi centry. Tento pacient v\u016fbec nev\u011bnoval \u017e\u00e1dnou pozornost jeho cit\u016fm. Stal se lhostejn\u00fdm a nerozhodn\u00fdm. Nedok\u00e1zal se rozhodnout ani v takov\u00e9 drobn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, jako \u010das a datum dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy u neurologa. V\u0161echny varianty mu d\u00e1valy logick\u00fd smysl. Nic v\u0161ak k jednotliv\u00fdm variant\u00e1m nec\u00edtil. Nedok\u00e1zal jim p\u0159i\u0159adit \u017e\u00e1dnou v\u00e1hu. Tento p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh ilustruje, jak moc je p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence.<br><br>\u010c\u00edm l\u00e9pe si dok\u00e1\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit, jak se v dan\u00e9 variant\u011b budeme c\u00edtit, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed ud\u011bl\u00e1me. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to te\u010f vypad\u00e1, \u017ee logika p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Nemysl\u00edm si to. Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b souhra logiky a emoc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 ke kvalitn\u00edm rozhodnut\u00edm. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 u t\u011bch n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rozhodnut\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee chv\u00edli trvat ne\u017e se \u201chlava\u201d a \u201csrdce\u201d sjednot\u00ed do jednoho celku a vyberou si spole\u010dn\u011b jednu z mo\u017enost\u00ed.&nbsp; Obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud v\u00e1s ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed siln\u00e9 emoce jako strach. V druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti shrnut\u00ed si uk\u00e1\u017eeme, jak se l\u00e9pe rozhodovat se zapojen\u00edm emoc\u00ed.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011brem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak u\u017e asi tu\u0161\u00edte, kniha Emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence je velmi zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 teori\u00ed. Autor se neust\u00e1le op\u00edr\u00e1 o studie a cituje z nich, co\u017e na jednu stranu d\u011bl\u00e1 knihu velmi d\u016fv\u011bryhodnou, na druhou stranu je n\u011bkdy velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 ji \u010d\u00edst bez toho, abyste brzy usnuli. J\u00e1 jsem v p\u016flce musel p\u0159ej\u00edt na audio knihu, co\u017e mn\u011b velmi pomohlo. Bylo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 udr\u017eet pozornost na text, kter\u00fd obsahuje tolik odbornost\u00ed a fakt\u016f. Na druhou stranu je pot\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee krom\u011b studi\u00ed je kniha protkan\u00e1 i mnoha p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed l\u00e9pe ilustrovat pointu. Odhaduji, \u017ee v knize je cca 90 % teorie a 10 % praktick\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed.
