Kathryn je nov\u011b jmenovan\u00e1 CEO spole\u010dnosti, jej\u00ed\u017e v\u00fdsledky dlouhodob\u011b \u0161ly od des\u00edti k p\u011bti. M\u00e1 p\u0159ed sebou nelehk\u00fd \u00fakol. Ud\u011blat ze skupiny mana\u017eer\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vedou tuto firmu soudr\u017en\u00fd t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd t\u00e1hne za jeden provaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kathryn jako zku\u0161en\u00e1 CEO v\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee nejprve pot\u0159ebuje mezi \u010dleny jej\u00edho t\u00fdmu vybudovat d\u016fv\u011bru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Nedostatek d\u016fv\u011bry je prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde si lidi nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed, se v\u0161ichni sna\u017e\u00ed b\u00fdt nezraniteln\u00ed, jsou uzav\u0159en\u00ed, maskuj\u00ed svoje slab\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, proto\u017ee maj\u00ed strach, \u017ee jich ostatn\u00ed zneu\u017eij\u00ed.<br><br>Kathryn tuto p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku p\u0159ekonala pomoc\u00ed budov\u00e1n\u00ed vztah\u016f mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi mana\u017eery. Vzala cel\u00fd t\u00fdm mana\u017eer\u016f na n\u011bkolik n\u011bkolikadenn\u00edch v\u00fdjezd\u016f mimo firmu se z\u00e1m\u011brem se v\u00edce poznat. Zm\u00edn\u00edm zde jedno u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee inspirovat.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Cvi\u010den\u00ed \u201cOsobn\u00ed historie\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto cvi\u010den\u00ed jednotliv\u00ed lid\u00e9 odpov\u00ed na ot\u00e1zky: Kde vyr\u016fstali, kolik m\u011bli sourozenc\u016f a co byla jejich nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzva b\u011bhem d\u011btstv\u00ed. C\u00edlem tohoto cvi\u010den\u00ed je, aby se v\u0161ichni v\u00edce otev\u0159eli. Kdy\u017e se toti\u017e otev\u0159ou v jedn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, budou otev\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed i v dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitostech. Vedouc\u00ed s otev\u0159enost\u00ed mus\u00ed s touto otev\u0159enost\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt jako prvn\u00ed, a proto je ten, kter\u00fd prvn\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 na tyto ot\u00e1zky.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Druhou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f je strach z konfliktu.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed strach z konfliktu za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed um\u011blou harmonii, kter\u00e1 se projevuje nudn\u00fdmi meetingy, na kter\u00fdch se nikdy nic nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed a siln\u00fdm politika\u0159en\u00edm. Naopak pro dobr\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed je pot\u0159eba otev\u0159en\u011b (a n\u011bkdy i v\u00e1\u0161niv\u011b) diskutovat. Je to v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e9 jen pokud je mezi \u010dleny t\u00fdmu dostate\u010dn\u00e1 d\u016fv\u011bra. Produktivn\u00ed t\u00fdmy um\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161niv\u011b diskutovat bez toho, aby se jednotliv\u00ed&nbsp;lid\u00e9 v t\u00fdmu osobn\u011b napadali. Vedouc\u00ed t\u00fdmu je ten, kter\u00fd d\u00e1v\u00e1 pozor na kulturu diskuze a podporuje ostatn\u00ed v zdrav\u00e9m konfliktu.<br><br>Pro lep\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdmovou komunikaci bez osobn\u00edch \u00fatok\u016f Kathryn doporu\u010duje si ud\u011blat diagnostiku osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f (jako je t\u0159eba MBTI) a spole\u010dn\u011b diskutovat rozd\u00edly mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi \u010dleny t\u00fdmu. J\u00e1 bych k tomu p\u0159idal i test sabot\u00e9r\u016f, kter\u00fd jsem zmi\u0148oval ve shrnut\u00ed knihy Pozitivn\u00ed inteligence. Kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 pochop\u00ed, v \u010dem se li\u0161\u00ed a jak\u00e9 jsou nastaven\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch koleg\u016f, tak si m\u00e9n\u011b v\u011bc\u00ed berou osobn\u011b, co\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zdrav\u00e9mu konfliktu. Naopak v nezdrav\u00e9m&nbsp;konfliktu si lid\u00e9 berou v\u011bci osobn\u011b a maj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu \u00fato\u010dit na osobu, nikoliv rozporovat jej\u00ed my\u0161lenky.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>T\u0159et\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f je slab\u00fd z\u00e1vazek.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud lid\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee byli vysly\u0161eni, \u017ee jejich stanovisko bylo zv\u00e1\u017eeno, tak ve skute\u010dnosti nebudou pln\u011b spolupracovat na vybran\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, co\u017e p\u0159inese mal\u00fd v\u00fdkon, pomalost, nejasnosti a dal\u0161\u00ed politika\u0159en\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zdrav\u00fd konflikt dovoluje, aby v\u0161ichni vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili sv\u00e9 stanoviska, otev\u0159en\u011b diskutovali, co\u017e jim umo\u017en\u00ed se ztoto\u017enit i s \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 se jim na za\u010d\u00e1tku nel\u00edbilo. V takov\u00e9m t\u00fdmu, kde je mo\u017en\u00fd zdrav\u00fd konflikt, je zcela jasn\u00e9, jak\u00e9 jsou priority a v\u0161ichni je akceptuj\u00ed a berou za sv\u00e9, co\u017e p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed jasnost, lep\u0161\u00ed klima i v\u00fdsledky.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>\u010ctvrtou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f je vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se zodpov\u011bdnosti.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento stav se projevuje dod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016f po term\u00ednu. V\u0161ude je vid\u011bt zna\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u016fm\u011brnost. Klade to vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na vedouc\u00edho, kter\u00fd je jedin\u00fdm zdrojem discipl\u00edny. Opakem tohoto stavu je t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd se ztoto\u017e\u0148uje se spole\u010dn\u00fdm c\u00edlem. \u010clenov\u00e9 takov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed v zodpov\u011bdnosti a nev\u00e1haj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edmu kolegovi komunikovat, \u017ee nespl\u0148uje dohodnut\u00e9 standardy. Nikoliv, aby se na n\u011bm \u201csvezli\u201d, ale aby se ujistili, \u017ee spole\u010dn\u011b dos\u00e1hnou domluven\u00e9ho c\u00edle. Takov\u00e1 komunikace je sice n\u011bkdy nekomfortn\u00ed, ale \u010dasto nezbytn\u00e1.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>P\u00e1tou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f je nesoust\u0159ed\u011bnost na (t\u00fdmov\u00e9) v\u00fdsledky<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina se projevuje individualismem, up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm sv\u00e9ho ega a vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm statusu. Doporu\u010duji ji v\u0161em, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed budovat t\u00fdmovou a firemn\u00ed kulturu, kter\u00e1 je postavena na otev\u0159enosti, p\u0159\u00edmosti, pevn\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch a na fokusu&nbsp;na v\u00fdsledky.
