Stejn\u011b jako \u010d\u00e1st prvn\u00ed obsahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kondenzovan\u00fdch my\u0161lenek. Rozhodl jsem se vybrat tu nejv\u00edce radik\u00e1ln\u00ed, kterou Ray Dalio naz\u00fdv\u00e1 jako my\u0161lenkov\u00e1 meritokracie.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My\u0161lenkov\u00e1 meritokracie je zp\u016fsob veden\u00ed organizace a zp\u016fsob rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m v\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenky.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praxe ve firm\u00e1ch a t\u00fdmech je v\u0161ak takov\u00e1, \u017ee \u010dasto v\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed politika\u0159en\u00ed, lobov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di my\u0161lenky nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed autority.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d jsou firmy jako Google tak \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, je pr\u00e1v\u011b ten, \u017ee dok\u00e1zaly vytvo\u0159it prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed <strong>psychologick\u00e9 bezpe\u010d\u00ed<\/strong>, podporuje <strong>radik\u00e1ln\u00ed up\u0159\u00edmnost<\/strong> ke KOMUKOLI bez n\u00e1sledk\u016f a funguje na principu mal\u00fdch <strong>iterativn\u00edch experiment\u016f<\/strong>, ze kter\u00fdch se v\u0161ichni u\u010d\u00ed.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kde je pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kreativita a produktivita. <\/strong>Vytvo\u0159it takov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed nen\u00ed v\u0161ak zadarmo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby my\u0161lenkov\u00e1 meritokracie fungovala, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed leade\u0159i ve firm\u011b (majiteli a \u0159editelem po\u010d\u00ednaje), <strong>d\u00e1t stranou svoje ego a p\u0159ijmout to, \u017ee i nov\u00e1\u010dek m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt s nejlep\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenkou<\/strong>. Chce to velkou d\u00e1vku pokory a moudrosti, ke kter\u00e9 mohou pomoci n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Nejsem definovan\u00fd t\u00edm, co v\u00edm nebo kolik toho v\u00edm, ale kvalitou m\u00e9ho p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, kvalitou m\u00e9ho naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, moj\u00ed schopnost\u00ed se u\u010dit a zp\u016fsobem, jak\u00fdm s ostatn\u00edmi spolupracuji.<\/li><li>Moje ment\u00e1ln\u00ed modely nejsou realita \u2014 jsou to jen zobecn\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy o tom, jak m\u016fj sv\u011bt funguje.<\/li><li>Nejsem definovan\u00fd m\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkami. Kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo kritizuje to, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, nekritizuje m\u011b, ale moje my\u0161lenky.<\/li><li>Pot\u0159ebuji p\u0159ij\u00edmat nov\u00e9 my\u0161lenky a br\u00e1t m\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed jako hypot\u00e9zy, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt neust\u00e1le testov\u00e1ny a zlep\u0161ov\u00e1ny.<\/li><li>Moje chyby a selh\u00e1n\u00ed jsou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti k u\u010den\u00ed.<br><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>V takov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete bezpe\u010dn\u011b kritizovat kohokoli bez toho, aby to m\u011blo vliv na va\u0161i v\u00fdplatu nebo na to, zda ve firm\u011b z\u016fstanete. <strong>Naopak se od v\u00e1s o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee budete kritizovat.<\/strong> <strong>Z\u00e1sadn\u011b v\u0161ak nekritizujete, abyste n\u011bkomu ubl\u00ed\u017eili, ale abyste pomohli jedinci, t\u00fdmu i firm\u011b r\u016fst.<\/strong> Ray Dalio ve sv\u00e9 knize popisuje, \u017ee otev\u0159en\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny n\u00e1zor\u016f jsou velmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, proto\u017ee v nich v\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenka, pokud jsou vedeny se spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm z\u00e1m\u011brem. Dobr\u00fd za\u010d\u00e1tek je aplikovat tento model ve sv\u00e9m vlastn\u00edm t\u00fdmu (pokud ho vedete) a mimo v\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm m\u00edt odvahu&nbsp;v d\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby va\u0161im koleg\u016fm i vedouc\u00edm.&nbsp;V\u017edy se v\u0161ak zeptat, zda doty\u010dn\u00fd m\u00e1 o zp\u011btnou vazbu z\u00e1jem&nbsp;a tuto zp\u011btnou vazbu d\u00e1vat mezi \u010dty\u0159ma o\u010dima. Chce to trochu odvahy, ale m\u00e1m zku\u0161enost, \u017ee to za to stoj\u00ed.
