Vybral jsem z knihy n\u011bkolik skv\u011bl\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdborn\u011b demonstruj\u00ed jeho p\u0159\u00edstup, a kter\u00e9 se daj\u00ed snadno pochopit a replikovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Zam\u011b\u0159 se nejprve na t\u00fdm, potom a\u017e na probl\u00e9m<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011b\u017en\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed velk\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f je pt\u00e1t se na ot\u00e1zky jako: Jak\u00e1 je situace? Co jsou ty nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my? Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1me mo\u017enosti?<br><br>Bill v\u0161ak toto nechal a\u017e na pozd\u011bji. Kdy\u017e k Billovi p\u0159ist\u00e1l na jeho \u0159editelsk\u00fd st\u016fl probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd jeho lidi nedok\u00e1zali nebo nemohli sami rozhodnout, nejprve se ptal: Kdo na tom probl\u00e9mu pracuje? Pracuj\u00ed na n\u011bm spr\u00e1vn\u00ed lidi? Maj\u00ed v\u0161echno, co pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed&nbsp;k tomu, aby mohli usp\u011bt? Ujistil se, \u017ee na probl\u00e9mu pracuje spr\u00e1vn\u00fd t\u00fdm ve spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a nechal je probl\u00e9m vy\u0159e\u0161it, bez toho, aby jim \u0159ekl jeho n\u00e1zor na situaci. U\u010dil tak sv\u016fj t\u00fdm b\u00fdt samostatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kompetentn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a t\u00fdmov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Extroverti a lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed si v\u00edce v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, si v\u011bt\u0161inou vezmou slovo jako prvn\u00ed, neznamen\u00e1 to v\u0161ak, \u017ee maj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed.<br><br>Bill t\u00edmto postupem eliminoval politika\u0159en\u00ed, kdy se nejpr\u016fbojn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jedinci sna\u017e\u00ed ovlivnit mana\u017eera, kter\u00fd rozhoduje. Necht\u011bl, aby vyhr\u00e1l nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed lobbista, ale nejlep\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenka.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Odkazuj se na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed firemn\u00ed hodnoty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se probl\u00e9m st\u00e1le nevy\u0159e\u0161il, vnesl do hry z\u00e1kladn\u00ed firemn\u00ed hodnoty. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu bylo \u010dasto z pohledu firemn\u00edch hodnot evidentn\u00ed. Neznamen\u00e1 to v\u0161ak, \u017ee by to \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bylo bezbolestn\u00e9. Bylo v\u0161ak jasn\u00e9, co je ta spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u011bc, kterou pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed ud\u011blat.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed demokracie.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozhodovac\u00ed proces ve firm\u011b v\u0161ak nen\u00ed podle Billa \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 demokracie. Vyhr\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je nejv\u00edce v souladu s danou situac\u00ed firemn\u00ed strategi\u00ed a firemn\u00edmi hodnotami. Najdete konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1vod na veden\u00ed meeting\u016f a spoustu dal\u0161\u00edch inspirativn\u00edch my\u0161lenek.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011brem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud vl\u00e1dnete angli\u010dtinou a pot\u0159ebujete se nau\u010dit lid\u0161t\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k lidem, pak v\u00e1m tuto knihu v\u0159ele doporu\u010duji.
