Ka\u017ed\u00fd den napi\u0161te 250 slov o tom, za co jste dnes vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed.<\/li><li>Meditujte: nav\u0161tivte kurz v\u0161\u00edmavosti (mindfulness) \u010di vyzkou\u0161ejte veden\u00e9 meditace.<\/li><li>Vyhled\u00e1vejte p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro dobr\u00fd skutek.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krok 3: Zm\u011b\u0148te va\u0161e my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pokud nezm\u011bn\u00edte va\u0161e my\u0161len\u00ed, tak jen velmi t\u011b\u017eko dojde k dlouhodob\u00e9 a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b.
